On Monday, July 1, the construction works of Stage 1 of ADN Parque Logístico Callao officially began. This project of 250,000 M2 of warehouses is developed on a flat plot of land of more than 500,000 M2, strategically located in Callao, the new logistics hub and main pole of economic development in Peru.
Its design and engineering incorporate the most advanced global trends in logistics architecture, with the highest construction and energy efficiency standards.
This first construction stage is developed in two sectors or macrolots:
MACROLOTE A1, located on the access avenue to the park, which will have 28 warehouses with a showroom, a gate with controlled access and administration offices.
MACROLOTE D, located in the central area of the land, has an area of 43,000 M2 and will have medium-sized, large-sized and build-to-suit or custom-made warehouses.

In accordance with ADN's Social and Environmental Responsibility Policies, in the execution of the works all necessary safeguards have been taken to protect the integrity of people and the environment. On the ground, a team has been dedicated to ensuring the preservation of native species, moving them to nurseries to be replanted later within the same park.
Waste collection points have also been arranged for subsequent responsible management, and multiple security measures for the team responsible for the works, who in a high percentage come from communities neighboring the project. Although these are low-impact construction works that are not invasive to the environment, ADN has provided a communication channel so that neighbors can submit their suggestions and complaints here.
ADN is a project that will contribute to the development of the Callao region and will generate great benefits for the Ventanilla district, boosting its economy, creating more than 2,000 jobs and improving the quality of life of its neighbors.
