PARQUE LOGISTICO CALLAO PROJECT
EOn April 12, Almacenes del Norte launched its new ADN Parque Logístico Callao project, an event that was attended by more than 300 people who enjoyed a cocktail at the Huaca Pucllana Restaurant. The event was attended by directors and executives of Almacenes del Norte and associated companies MAK Soluciones Inmobiliarias, Grand Slam Real Estate Investment, Global Investment Capital Assets and Peralta Arquitectos, the real estate group that developed this project.
In their inaugural speech, Nicolás Costanzi, Executive Director of ADN, and Moisés Ackerman, Commercial Director of ADN, disclosed the main characteristics of this project, which will mean a total investment of more than 250 million dollars, and highlighted the positive impact that this will mean for the region in terms of employability, business inclusion, social development and care for the environment.
During the cocktail, the attendees were able to tour the project through a virtual tour of the different warehouses, green areas and the main common spaces of the park, such as meeting rooms, co-working, integrated dining rooms, gym and sports fields, among others. . They were also able to learn about the architectural and equipment features that make ADN a pioneering project in the region in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency.
