CONSTRUCTION WORK PROGRESS
ADN PARQUE LOGÍSTICO CALLAO

In this first stage, the construction of two areas is being carried out:

• Macrolot A1,  located on the access avenue to the park, which will have 28 warehouses with a showroom, a gate with controlled access and park administration offices.​​

​

• Macrolot D,  located in the central sector of the land, which will have medium, large and build-to-suit or custom warehouses.

​

The execution of the works is carried out by a team of professionals and technicians with extensive experience in developing high-standard logistics projects, who are taking the necessary safeguards to protect the integrity of people and the environment, in accordance with the Construction Program. ADN Social and Environmental Responsibility.

Although these are low-impact construction works that are not invasive to the environment, ADN has established a communication channel so that neighbors can enter their suggestions and complaints here.
