ADN Almacenes del Norte inaugurates ADN Parque Logístico, the first sustainable logistics complex in the country

On Thursday, August 14, the opening ceremony of the first stage of ADN Parque Logístico, the first sustainable logistics park in Peru, was held, an event that was attended by state authorities, executives, clients and collaborators.

Ventanilla, a milestone that consolidates an innovative model of logistics infrastructure, which integrates sustainability, energy efficiency, operational efficiency and sustainable development, promoting the social and environmental development of the areas of direct influence and the inclusive economic growth of the region.

"ADN Parque Logístico is an ecosystem that seeks to promote the economic growth of Peru in a sustainable and responsible manner. Our vision is to transform the country's logistics chain, offering spaces that not only meet the highest quality and safety standards, but also coexist in harmony with the environment and contribute to the social development of the region," said Nicolás Costanzi, executive director of Almacenes del Norte during the ceremony.

After starting construction in July 2024, the high demand for warehouses prompted the pre-sale of the second stage, and it is projected that the total work will be completed between 2029 and 2030, consolidating the complex as a regional benchmark in modern and sustainable logistics infrastructure.
