ADN, First logistics park with Breeam Certification in Latin America

ADN Parque Logístico reached a new milestone in sustainability by obtaining the international BREEAM New Construction certification, becoming the first logistics park in Latin America to achieve this important recognition.

The BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification is one of the world's most prestigious standards for sustainable construction, and evaluates the environmental, social and economic performance of real estate projects from their design to their operation.

With a Very Good rating and a total score of 64.6%, ADN Parque Logístico demonstrates its commitment to efficiency, innovation and the responsible development of logistics infrastructure in the region.

A sustainability model for the logistics sector

The ADN project stands out for integrating sustainable practices in each stage of its development, including efficient use of energy and water, sustainable mobility strategies, waste control and selection of materials with low environmental impact.

In addition, the design of the warehouses considers natural lighting, thermal comfort and indoor air quality, key aspects for the well-being of people and the productivity of operations.
