ADN Logistics Park obtains BREEAM Post-Construction certification with an 'Excellent' rating
ADN Almacenes del Norte has reached a new milestone in the region’s sustainable development by obtaining BREEAM International New Construction certification at the post-construction stage, with an "Excellent" rating.
This latest recognition builds upon the certification previously awarded during the design stage—where it achieved a "Very Good" rating—and reinforces its position as the first logistics park in Latin America to secure BREEAM International New Construction certification.

ADN Parque Logístico, located in Ventanilla, Peru, has achieved BREEAM International New Construction certification at the post-construction stage with an "Excellent" rating—a milestone that represents a further advancement in the development of sustainable logistics infrastructure in the country and across Latin America.
This achievement builds upon the process initiated during the project’s design phase, when ADN obtained BREEAM International New Construction certification with a "Very Good" rating.
Certification across both stages highlights the project’s commitment to sustainability—from its initial conception through to the post-construction phase—in accordance with an international standard for assessing the environmental performance of buildings. For ADN Parque Logístico, this recognition is part of a long-term vision: to develop modern, efficient infrastructure capable of meeting the needs of businesses and contributing to a more sustainable logistics industry.
