New investments in road infrastructure are accelerating logistics development in northern Callao.

Historically, connectivity has been a major challenge for the logistical development of northern Callao. Deteriorated roads and high levels of traffic congestion have limited transport efficiency and the area's competitiveness.
Today, that scenario is changing radically thanks to new public and private projects launched to improve road connectivity in Ventanilla—a district of strategic importance to national logistics due to its proximity to the Port of Chancay.
First stage completed
Inaugurated in July, this stage involved the widening and improvement of the first section of the road connecting the Ventanilla "V" interchange with the city of Pachacútec. Thanks to this new dual carriageway, it is now possible to travel much faster and more safely from the Ventanilla "V" Roundabout to the main entrance of ADN Parque Logístico, located at km 4.5 of the Carretera a Playa Los Delfines.

• Increased road capacity: Incorporates a new 2 km-long dual carriageway that doubles traffic capacity between the two points.
• Freight transport efficiency: Significantly reduces congestion and travel times for heavy vehicles.

What comes next? The second phase of the project
The second phase of this project is currently under construction. It will complete the 7 km access road to the center of Pachacútec, connecting Avenue A with Avenue 200. Its inauguration is scheduled for late 2026.
This project is part of various initiatives driven by the Provincial Municipality of Callao to strengthen urban mobility, road safety, and environmental sustainability in Ventanilla. In addition to improving the quality of life for Pachacútec residents, it will directly contribute to the economic and logistical development of northern Callao and the entire country.

Key benefits for the region and the logistics sector
In socioeconomic terms, this project will generate significant benefits:
• Time optimization: Reduced transit times and operating costs for logistics companies moving cargo through the area.
• Comprehensive safety: Enhanced safety for freight transport, as well as for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
• Sustainability: Reduced air and noise pollution levels, thanks to paved avenues.
• Social impact: Improved access to employment and educational opportunities for Pachacútec residents and their families.
• Increased urban land value and strengthened competitiveness for the Ventanilla district.
